The faith-integrated learning environment at TLS stimulates children's interest and involvement. Learning strategies which include the integrated use of technology, homework, and behavior management are designed to encourage responsibility and accountability—lifelong skills. A mutual feeling of respect, trust, and independence is fostered.
Teachers use research-based instructional practices. Preschool through Grade 4 classes operate in a self-contained environment utilizing specialty teachers in key areas. Middle School (Gr. 5-8) students are served by teachers who specialize in subject/content areas(class rotation).
We meet or exceed the standards of the State of Missouri, and provide a high quality education as attested to by regularly administered standardized tests.
Chapel Services
At Trinity Lutheran School we count it a privilege to go to chapel weekly and worship together as a community. K- through 8th graders gather together to have chapel in the church each Wednesday
morning at 8:45am. Each class is responsible to hold at least one chapel service during the school year. Since God’s Word admonishes us to love in “word and deed” we also participate in Chapel offerings that students have the opportunity to be the hands of Christ to a hurting world. Choosing a special mission the chapel offerings go to support each school year.
Parents and members of the church body are welcome to attend.
