Trinity Lutheran Church and School

Hi Everyone -

First, a BIG Thank You to everyone who helped make yesterday's  Mission Festival a success.  I appreciate all of the hard work!  I am still pumped that Dr. Schulz was able to make it and be the Guest Preacher, as well as do the presentation afterwards!!  It is a rare privilege to have such a gifted preacher here at Trinity.

Also, as I close in on my 2nd Anniversary as your Pastor, I have a good mix of emotions.  I am extremely glad at well how things seem to be going.  Yes, we have some items that need working on, but all churches do.  Our congregation, like all congregations, is made up of sinners who are in need of repentance & forgiveness.  But, as I mentioned, overall I believe things are going well.  I am still humbled to be serving as your Pastor.  I believe that Trinity is a special place with a rich & proud history.  And I consider my position as your Pastor to be a sacred trust that is to be taken seriously.    And finally, I am just glad to be here, and hope that the Lord of the church keeps me here for quite some time.
